ESTATE SITES

Tyler is about to become the location for a very exclusive development such as hasn't been seen here previously. During the azalea trail and the tour of historic homes this weekend, we will be introducing the public to this new development. Two hundred and twenty thousand people will be crowding the streets of Tyler's azalea district this week; and many will be visiting us to hear of the executive estate sites that will be built shortly. Should you be one of Tyler's visitors, stop and see us at the Roseland Estate open house. We'll tell you all about it.

Sunday

It's Sunday morning here in Tyler, and it is raining! The 220,000 guests that are supposed to come from all over to see the spring flowers are going to be very disappointed. But we have almost two more weeks of creation glory to enjoy!

It's been a rough week in real estate, with too much work going on. I'm glad it's the Lord's Day and I get to rest. Our new exclusive estate development looks as if it will close at the end of the month, and maybe I can slow down a bit.

Next week end is the historic homes tour here in Tyler, and I'll be hosting a lovely home on Saturday. If you love flowers, come on to Tyler! You won't be disappointed ..... I promise. This is the rose capital of the world; and the azaleas are even more impressive than the roses!

Unequaled Beauty

We here at Tyler Texas Real Estate are absolutely amazed every year at this time. It never gets old! The Azalea Trail here in Tyler is SO beautiful. The flowers are blooming a bit early this year, and everybody's cleaning up their yards. The incredible sights and scents; the visitors from neighboring towns and states. The overwhelming beauty of it all is breathtaking. This period of two weeks in early Spring allows us to revel in creation glory. It'll be over shortly! Come and see.

Orange County

I got really busy and didn't blog for a few days; but I'm back at it. Just noticed that Orange County, CA single family resale homes reached a median price of $680,000 in February. That's the "median" price! Average homes.

The average resale home in Tyler Texas in February was $150,000. And I'm asking myself.......... self? Why don't those peeps sell theirs and move to Tyler and buy a mansion? Or buy an average home here and put the rest in the bank?

Do you folks out there actually vote? Scary.
