Inauguration day.  Hand on Bible.  Oath.  Four more years.......

This term will be more aggressive.  You're ill-advised if you don't buy your place of retreat and solace now.  Buy two if you can.  There is nothing like real property.  Not a stash of cash; not gold; not silver; not bonds or stocks.  Money can buy more right now than it will in the near future.  You can't spend a $1,600 gold coin.  Municipalities may not honor their bonds.  However, you can live and sustain yourself and your family on real property.  Just try living on your 401k!
