If it is possible to reign in or defeat this present administration, we may be able to turn the real estate business around.  We're at the point now where there's no hope for many; and a nice home can no longer be considered a safe place to put money!  Neither is any other investment; but who wants to spend $300,000 or $400,000 on a nice place to live if chances are that its value may fall right off the table!!  There's a huge pent-up demand for housing due to so many "staying put" where they are.  But what idiot would buy when foreclosures are popping up on nearly every street in the nation!
