BUYERS' WANTS.

OKAY!  I've been out of town at my grandaughter's wedding in North Carolina.  But now I'm back!  And I'm ready to respond to the last poster's comment......a question about what today's buyers are looking for.

Buyer's are looking for:

1) A price below market value.
2) Open design.
3) Patio and yard space for outdoor living.
4) Master suite separated from other bedrooms and baths.
5) Curb appeal.
6) Little or no carpeting.
7) Nice, big kitchen.
8) Privacy.
