It's been pretty busy; but I'm still here!  I wanted everyone to know that Texas leads the nation in affordable housing.  Even though the nation's housing has decreased about 25% over the last three years, and Texas' housing has risen 4% during the same time period, Texas remains the place to buy or to build.
