THE RIGHT TIME

It's been a busy, busy time; so I've been somewhat negligent in writing. But this is the "right time" to buy if that's what you're interested in doing!

Interest rates are at, or below, historic levels; homeowners are ready to sell; and there are actually lenders out there that are more than ready to do business. You have to have a down payment; and you must have good credit. But there are great deals, right now, in loans and properties.

In John's opinion this won't last long. It can't. There will be inflation; interest rates have to go way up; homes will become a much more valuable asset than previously perceived. And all of this is going to happen soon.......very soon.

Right now is "The Right Time"!
