MORE OPTIMISM?

With five straight days of the Dow in the "black", folks are looking optimistic. Roads, malls, restaurants and individual stores are just mobbed and choked here in Tyler, Texas. And since we really haven't been hit very hard by the downturn, it probably would've been that way anyway!

All of that doesn't discount the probability that our money is being degraded to a terrible degree. And if I'm right, then three to six months from now your money won't be worth near as much as it is right now. So, my advice to all who have cash: buy your property! Come to Tyler, Texas and East Texas where your money buys a lot of property. Do it now while your money's good.
